What kind of a project can add value to the urban silhouette of Istanbul? Which currents, which trends can give life to a unique architecture? What kind of an understanding, which lines may meet different dreams and expectations? These were the questions giving inspiration to us while designing the Elite Concept. And the answers given to such questions directed our lines... It was the thought that the man deserves always more, which furthered the project we had drawn, the building we had built beyond being a mere piece of concrete... It was the purpose of offering a structure that can keep the perfect alive by integrating architectural space and structure features with fine details and high-quality systems, which has made the Elite Concept a unique life concept...

While designing the Elite Concept, our main starting point was to create a structure starting from the utility function, considering the environmental parameters, and not ignoring the visual functions while doing these, instead of creating masses filled with functions. Although nevertheless it can be thought that there is a form concern or an incidentally developed process behind the prism shape of the blocks rising upward, our purpose was to achieve a positioning harmony to prevent them from blocking each other's view when they stand side by side. This was the little secret behind enabling each apartment to have its own panoramic view. This arrangement has add the distinction of having the same view to all spaces, all areas from the lounge to the kitchen. Besides, the corner apartments have bidirectional view.

Since the blocks have been designed with a structural setup providing perfect flexibility, that is, an internal structure order that has measurement recurrences providing balance and resistance against different forces, weights and tensions, it has been ensured that the apartments can be transformed from 1+1 to 2+1, or from 3+1 to 4+1 easily.

The base layer of the towers has been arranged with a layout plan composed of social facilities, terrace gardens and stores. We have thought that a sculptural skylight to be in the terrace garden in addition to resting areas and children's playgrounds will increase the pleasure to be taken from this ambiance much more. The landscape in the lower garden, which we have made into an extra usage area by cascading, has a geometrical graphic design compliant with the block architecture. In order to increase the pleasure of viewing from the residences overlooking the garden, we have paid attention to keep the tall tree groups at the perimeter as well as preferring short vegetation in the landscape design.

In the project, in which each block has its own dedicated lobby and entry area, the garage sections have a common entrance lobby. Considering the easy access to the car park and residence doors as a sine qua non for such a project located at the focal point of the roads and different transportation alternatives, we have decided to have the car parks of the residences and commercial areas on different floors on the basis of their capacities. Pedestrian areas and squares isolated from traffic in the lower gardens contemplated to be integrated with the stores were also another sine qua non of the project. The reason why we have preferred silicone glazed curtain wall made of special protection glasses and project-in doors and windows on floor basis for block facades was to come through with a maintenance-free refined solution with industrial-design balconies having metal-glass combination.

With the arrangement in which the balcony parapets have been made pellucid in the primary usage areas of the apartments and diversified on the basis of the apartment combinations on the floors, we have aimed to achieve self-functioning and moving facade architecture. The purpose in hanging down the balcony parapets partially was to refract the sunlight on the glass facades with grids and protruding balconies. With the LED lights placed into the joints on the lower walls of the parapets all around the floors, we have aimed to light the entire building in a controlled manner. We have placed garden terraces with 360-degree view of Istanbul on the roofs of the blocks while planning the social facility areas with indoor pool, fitness center, café and open terrace. We have aimed that the commercial areas, which are designed to be divided or unified depending on the needs of the enterprise, can provide different usage areas for different businesses ranging from small shops to supermarkets. Moreover we have tried to make the shopping times more pleasant thanks to the open area spreading in front of them. We have aimed a totally natural life concept that does not damage the nature by integrating the gray water treatment system, which will provide the water needed to irrigate all landscape areas and to use in the toilet tanks in the project controlled with smart systems by treating the rain water as well as the water used in bathrooms, kitchens and lavatories, and the solar panels to be used to meet the lighting and hot water needs of the common areas with the main infrastructure system.
